Cindy Featherston
Rockenbaugh Elementary School

Cindy has been with Carroll ISD since 2000 and is currently the Gifted Specialist at RES. For the past ten years Cindy has volunteered countless hours sharing her love of learning coaching Odyssey of the Mind, an international program that provides creative-problem solving opportunities and competitions for students, taking teams to World finals 7 times. Her dedication and heartfelt devotion to students makes Cindy the epitome of a True Performer.
