Home for the Holidays Tree Lighting Ceremony at Southlake Town Square

Enjoy the magic of the holiday season this Saturday, November 17, at the annual Home for the Holidays Tree Lighting Ceremony in Southlake Town Square.  This year’s holiday fun begins at 5:30 p.m. with holiday crafts, balloon artists, strolling holiday characters, live entertainment and holiday refreshments.  The real excitement begins at 6:30 p.m. when Santa Claus and Mayor John Terrell light up the square during the Tree Lighting Ceremony which kicks off the Home for the Holidays celebration.

For those dreaming of a White Christmas, not only will it be snowing in Family Park, but there’s a new 12 foot high, 3-lane snow tubing hill for plenty of frolicking family fun!  Be sure and stop by the Snowman Mania booth to decorate your own snowman!

As Home for the Holidays continues in Southlake, be sure and visit Santa’s Village for photos with Santa or take a carriage ride through Town Square to see the beautiful holiday lights and festive window displays.  Santa will be in residence from November 17 until the big day and carriage rides can be enjoyed until January 1.
