Texas summers are always hot, always busy, and always filled with theatrical performances in the DFW area, and on July 26th OhLook Performing Arts Center will open its 6th show of the summer season, Monty Python’s Spamalot.

Straight from the classic British comedy from the 70’s, Monty Python’s Spamalot tells the story of King Arthur and his Knights of the Round Table as they search for the Holy Grail. Developed by Eric Idle, one of the original Monty Python players, Spamalot was nominated for 14 Tony Awards in 2005, and won 4 including Best Musical. Directed by Kevin Howard, Dallas area casting director, OhLook’s production of Spamalot features many local talents such as Sarah Maria Dickerson, Chip Wood, John Davenport and Jake McCready.

Performances run July 26th- August 4th on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Tickets are $15 and advance ticket sales are available and encouraged. For more information please visit OhLook Performing Arts Center or call the box office at (817) 421-2825.
