According to general manager, Mike Hutchison, the jazzy makeover intentionally incorporates a flexible floor plan to accommodate large groups and private parties.
"Our goal is to have a restaurant that appeals to the business traveler who is dining alone, meeting planner who wants a convenient place to host a group event, and a fun place for locals to hang out after a Carroll Dragons football game," he said, noting the restaurant's private dining room is still available.
A great place to gather after Friday Night Lights, perhaps the most exciting new feature is the 360 degree Chroma Bar that will be lit in Dragon Green, amongst a rainbow of colors. If that isn't cool enough, the bar's frosted taps now serve eight liquors at a chilly five degrees Fahrenheit. With four 50" flat screen tvs the bar and lounge is also the perfect spot to meet up with friends during the big game.
Although the look has changed, Copeland's menu of New Orleans-style cuisine remains the same with favorites such as eggplant pirogue, jambalaya pasta, po-boy sandwiches and an array of USDA prime steaks. New menu items will be added later this fall.
