Coooper & Stebbins Launches Website Showcasing New Residential Development

For those looking for answers and information about the proposed condominiums for Southlake Town Square, Cooper & Stebbins has announced the launch of a new website that will help area residents better understand everything there is to know about the Garden District Brownstones and The Residences, scheduled to begin development in 2014.
The Garden District Brownstones will be the completion of Southlake Town Square’s award-winning Brownstones project, featuring a design aesthetic reminiscent of post-World War I architecture, while The Residences will be Southlake Town Square’s first single-level-living residential offering. Both the Garden District Brownstones and The Residences will be high-end, luxury homes, featuring quality design and detail, with well-appointed interior finishes and appliances. Like the initial Brownstones, the design architect for both offerings will be David M. Schwarz Associates, with Bennett, Benner & Pettit providing floor plan design on the Garden District Brownstones.
“Cooper & Stebbins is excited to bring new, high-quality luxury residential development to Southlake Town Square,” said Cooper & Stebbins President Frank Bliss. “Both projects are in keeping with our master-planned vision of enhancing Town Square’s vibrancy, while meeting the overwhelming demand for quality residential options. The new website provides information for those interested in learning more about our future residential offerings.”
The Residences will feature 38 condominium homes in a five-story building. The spacious condominium homes will range in size from 1,500 to 3,200 square feet, with the majority being two- and three- bedroom plans. Cooper & Stebbins expects The Residences to sell out within two to five years of the building’s completion. Each of The Residences’ condominium homes will be offered for sale throughout the duration of marketing the project. Once the building has been completed, Cooper & Stebbins may contact those interested in short-term leasing, to occupy any remaining inventory until all of the homes are sold.
