Both Carroll Dragons boys' and girls' basketball teams have quite a lot to brag about as both enter into District 4-5A play.
Currently, the Lady Dragons are sitting pretty with an overall 18-4 record, putting them in first place at 5-0 in District 4-5A. So far, Carroll has dominated Keller Central, Richland, Timber Creek, Northwest and Keller in the district.
The Lady Dragons are set to return to the court at 6 p.m. tonight at Fossil Ridge. Additionally, Carroll will host Halton at 6 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 10.
Over the holidays, the Dragons reached the championship of the Byron Nelson Tournament before falling to Keller 37-33. Carroll will play at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 10 at Fossil Ridge.
This game is is critical for the Dragons as they are still seeking its first District 4-5A victory after losses to Richland, Keller and Northwest.
