Residents will be pleased to know that the first Boston Proper store in Texas will be located in Southlake, according to Retail Properties of America.

Boston Proper is a leading direct-to-consumer retailer of women's luxury apparel and accessories. The company will be located in Southlake Town Square near Chico's, facing Frank Cornish Park, in the center of the Grand Avenue district.

The store will be approximately 1,897 square-feet and is expected to open in the spring of 2014.

“Southlake Town Square is already home to three of the Chico brands, including White House Black Market, Soma Intimates and Chico’s, which are some of the highest performing locations in the country,” says Jason Kasal, Vice President, Senior Leasing Director, South.

He continues, “Chico’s latest brand, Boston Proper, is a perfect fit for the Square and we are very excited about being chosen as their first location in Texas.”

Boston Proper provides unique fashions designed for today's independent, confident woman. The company's signature style is creating a daring, modern look.
