As Southlake welcomes new residential additions to its existing neighborhoods, such as the Verandas at Southlake or multifamily units such as the Garden District, specialty home furnishing retailers are calling Southlake home.

The Tile Shop, which focuses on high quality, premium manufactured and natural stone tiles, is expanding its presence with a new store in Southlake.

“Our new Southlake store is located in a fast-growing, affluent part of the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex that is well-known for its beautiful, distinctive homes,” says Carl Randazzo, Senior Vice President of Retail for The Tile Shop. “Our new store offers incredibly beautiful, high quality, natural tile and stone that homeowners in this part of Dallas-Fort Worth want to maintain the beauty of their homes.”

The 18,615 square foot location is the company’s third store in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. The store is located in the Gateway Plaza at 2921 E. State Highway 114.

The new store opened during the first week of January and averages 75,000 vehicles per day. The Title Shop chose to place its newest location in Southlake because of the surrounding fast-growing cities, including Grapevine, Trophy Club and Keller.

When Southlake residents enter the Tile Shop location, they will receive the Beautiful Made Easy experience, helping homeowners find the perfect title and stone to transform their homes into what their vision is.

The Tile Shop in Southlake features decorated, room-size displays that are completed with actual appliances as well as premium lighting and plumbing fixtures.

Additionally, the new location offers a free “How to Tile” workshop every Saturday morning at 9:30 a.m., offering participants a hands-on opportunity to learn how to set various tiles.
