Dragon Baseball Makes History

Mar 03, 2014 01:33PM ● Published by Anonymous

Kevin Cramer makes history at the Arlington tournament.

As Dragon baseball took to the mound and field this weekend, no one would assume Carroll would be making history during a tournament game.

Dragons pitcher Kevin Cramer tossed a no-no, shutting out the Arlington Vikings, leading to a 7-0 victory on no hits.

Carroll broke the game open in the fourth inning, loading the bases and scoring on a bases loaded walk, a hit by pitch and error.

The 4-0 lead moved the focus to the mound and that's where history was made.

This piece of history moved the Dragons to 10-0 on the year and capped the tournament off with five wins, only allowing two runs in five games.
