The latest tenant to pick up a spot at Southlake’s Park Village is an ode to country with a twist.

Cowboy Up Men’s Salon is a country-inspired hair salon with free beer, good music and great stylists, and prides itself on exceptional customer service.

The company decided to expand to Southlake due to a growing demand for a unique men’s grooming experience, which resulted in a signed leased at the new retail development Park Village.

"Our success in Dallas and Frisco is creating additional demand for clients across the Metroplex, and we are very excited to launch this expansion into Southlake," says Cowboy Up owner and chief executive cowboy Jeff Kissling. "Park Village is an ideal location in the heart of Southlake. We are excited to join the exclusive list of tenants in this new upscale development and we look forward to serving the local community."

Cowboy Up offers men’s and boy’s haircuts done by a professional team of boot wearing female stylists in a relaxing environment. Men can kick back, have a cold beer and walk out 30 minutes later with a high quality haircut.

The salon offers a full range of men’s grooming services, including their signature “Lone Star” cut, the Gully Washer facial, coloring services, shaves and an extensive product line.

Cowboy Up will join the ranks of other specialty retailers — including The Fresh Market, REI and Gloria’s — that will occupy the 22 acres of land.

The retail development is staged to open its doors in November of 2014, with an official launch party slated for March 2015.
