The board of directors of Sabre Corporation declared a quarterly dividend of $.09 per share. The dividend is payable on Dec. 30, 2014 to stockholders of record on Dec. 15, 2014.
The news comes shortly before a Nov. 11 webcast, which will reveal the company's third quarter numbers.
