On Oct. 20, former Southlake municipal judge and current attorney/mediator at Wyatt Law Firm John Franks was sworn in as the first Grapevine resident to be elected to the nine-member board of directors of the Fort Worth Transportation Authority (also known as "the T").
According to an Oct. 27 report by Sherelle Black at Community Impact Newspaper, Franks said Grapevine's seat on the board will be "significant" considering Tex Rail becoming a reality.
