Columbia Sportswear Company announced the opening of itsbrfirst Columbia Performance Fishing Gear (PFG) concept store in Texas. The store is located at Southlake Town Squarebrnear Dallas and opened its doors on Nov. 28, often referred to as BlackbrFriday.
Columbia'sbrpopular PFG collection is inspired by the performance, style and comfort needsbrof professional and recreational anglers, and is being embraced as a lifestylebrbrand by consumers of all ages.
“As a Texanbrmyself, I know that everyone in the Dallas area enjoys a lifestyle thatbrincludes a wide variety of outdoor activities anchored around the water and thebrsun,” said Shawn Cox, Columbia's senior vice president of retail. “We couldn't be more excited to welcome folksbrfrom around the region to this great new location and to further promote thebrPFG lifestyle.”
"With a cleanbrdesign, boutique feel and digital integration that includes an interactivebrknot-tying station, the Columbia PFG store is sure to entice accomplished andbraspiring anglers, along with their families and friends," a recent press release said.
In addition to the PFG products,brshoppers will also find classic Columbia styles designed to keep them warm,brdry, cool and protected no matter what the weather has in store.
"Every PFGbrproduct is thoughtfully designed with fabrics, construction and industry-leadingbrtechnologies for enjoying long days on the water or under the sun," the release said.
