Carroll ISD Senior High School graduates have much to celebrate. After all, it is the end of high school life, and they’ve spent the past 12 years waiting for this moment. Of course, celebrations are in order. As a parent, you’ll be happy to know that not only will you not have to host any parties post graduation, but there’s a place for your graduate to celebrate.
Each year, the Carroll Senior High School PSTO sponsors Project Graduation, an event for graduates to attend after the official commencement. Project Graduation 2015 will take place at Main Event in Grapevine, Friday, June 5, from 11 p.m. to 5 a.m. Parents, remember being this young and having the stamina to stay up all night?
Arrival time is between 11 p.m. and 12:15 a.m. There will be no admittance after 12:15 a.m., and your student must have purchased a ticket, a completed Commitment Contract and Release Form, and a photo ID. Tickets are $85 and available at TicketTracker.
Once at Project Graduation, all students are encouraged to stay for the duration of the party. If a student chooses to leave prior to 5 a.m., a parent or guardian must be notified of the student’s early departure. Since they must verbally confirm you are aware of your student’s departure, please ensure your emergency phone number is accurate or they will not be able to leave. If released, graduates will not be allowed to re-enter Main Event.
And, if released early, they could miss out on one of the coolest things about Project Graduation: prizes! Students must attend the full duration of the event to be eligible for prizes, which are donated by local businesses.
