Taverna Rossa Craft Pizza and Beer is making its way to Southlake’s Park Village to offer hometown flavors in a comfortable, eclectic atmosphere. Expected to open this winter, this is the second location of the popular restaurant, which first opened in Plano in 2013.

Taverna Rossa is the latest venture from {33} Restaurant Group. It specializes in rustic thin-crust pies baked in a stone-fired oven as well as craft beers and unique specialty cocktails including the award-winning Spicy Bloody Rossa. Live music, ranging from blues and country to rock, will play twice a week, Friday and Saturday, providing an energetic yet relaxing feel while customers enjoy locally sourced ingredients like smoked Texas brisket from Hamm’s Meat Market in McKinney, Lemley Tomatoes from Canton and Luscher’s Italian Sausage.

“We are so excited to open Southlake,” says Preston Lancaster, Founder and CEO of {33} Restaurant Group.  “Along with partner Tony Smith, we are bringing beer, pizza and live music to the new development and working with the Plan B design team to keep the casual, eclectic feel of Taverna Rossa.”

{33} Restaurant Group owns Taverna Rossa Craft Pizza and Beer, Palio’s Pizza Café and Cadillac Pizza Pub. Stay tuned at for more details.
