J.W. Mulkin has had a passion for cooking from the time he was a young boy. However, it wasn’t until he moved to Dallas, TX in 2009 where he discovered his love for the restaurant industry. After spending five years in the business, he jumped on the chance to bring one of his favorite hometown Mediterranean restaurants to a brand new market in Southlake. It’s a dream come true to serve fresh, healthy, and deliciously different food to his guests every day.

Eden has enjoyed many wonderful years exploring the culinary playground of the world.

Originally from Colorado, Eden graduated from TCU before attending Johnson & Wales University where she studied and received her degree in Culinary Arts at Vail, CO.   With a particular fondness for the pastry arts, she spent time creating beautiful and delicious art that was featured on E! Television’s Good Eats and the Travel Channel’s Great Taste.

As much as Eden loves to create in the kitchen, she loves to teach others to do the same.  In March 2015, Eden opened Taste Buds Kitchen a kitchen studio offering classes, workshops, parties, camps and private events for people ages 2-Adult.
