Southlake Town Square. Oh, there’s no place like home for the holidays. Though this sentiment first was penned in a holiday tune back in 1954, it still holds just as true today — more than 60 years later. That’s because home is where you’ll find those who mean the most to you. Can you think of a better place to ring in the holiday season than here at home in Southlake? We certainly can’t.
Come together with family, friends, neighbors and your entire community as we turn up the fun at Southlake Town Square for a holiday event you’ll want to make a tradition year after year. Experi- ence the festive atmosphere that includes carolers, crafts, refresh- ments, live entertainment, four-lane snow hill tubing, photos with Santa, letters to Santa, carriage rides, snowman building and even a Toy & Food Drive to offer a first chance at gift-giving this season.
Imagine cozying with a loved one as you rediscover Southlake from a horse-drawn carriage. Or instilling the magic of Christmas in your children with traditions they’ll one day pass along to their own children. It’s all just a part of what it means to be at Home for the Holidays, leading up to the main event of a tree-lighting cere- mony at 6:30 p.m. And let’s not forget about the many, many stores to browse while you’re in the Square. Plan carefully, and you could have your holiday shopping finished before your Thanksgiving tur- key is even cooked.
