Looking to spice up your
Thanksgiving menu? Copeland’s of New Orleans has some enticing ideas. The
restaurant, which is located inside the Southlake Hilton, is serving
traditional holiday favorites with a Cajun twist. Whether you dine in or opt
for full-service catering, Copeland’s can make your holiday meal-planning a
breeze, allowing you to spend more time with friends and family.
On Thanksgiving Day, the restaurant will offer dine-in guests the Pilgrim Platter, a mouthwatering selection of Cajun-fried turkey, Louisiana oyster dressing or cornbread dressing, mashed sweet potatoes with pecan amaretto cream sauce, garden fresh green bean casserole, corn macque choux, cranberry sauce and a hot buttered biscuit.
If you have a party, office lunch or business meeting, you can take home an entire Cajun-fried turkey with optional accompanying side items. Although fried turkeys are available all year long, the Cajun specialty is especially appropriate for Thanksgiving and Christmas. Orders may be placed online or by phone, but require a 24-hour notice.
Don’t forget to wrap up the meal with something sweet. Copeland’s has an in-house bake shop with a variety of desserts for purchase. To reserve a table on Thanksgiving Day or to place a catering order, call 817.310.2199.
