Get Your Tickets for Carroll Theatre’s 2016 Fundraiser: Acting with the Stars

Jan 25, 2016 08:00AM ● Published by Audrey Sellers

Mark your calendars for February 4, 2016: 10 local celebrities will be competing in Carroll’s first-ever “Acting with the Stars.” Familiar faces from around town will be paired up with Carroll’s brightest theatrical stars to compete for the chance to take home the coveted Mirrorball Trophy.

A panel of judges determines the final decision, but audience members will certainly have their say. You get one vote with your event ticket, and additional votes can be purchased for a buck a piece.

Meet the 2016 Stars (and coaches):

Mayor Laura Hill (Drew Brown and Sarah Johnson) #TeamMayorHill

CSHS Principal, Shawn Duhon (Hunter Bergbower and Wyatt Hall) #TeamDuhon

CSHS Choir Director, Marla Ringel (Jessica Owson and Ben Singel) #TeamRingel

CHS Sign Language Teacher, Danita Barton (Meagan Bramlage, Christian Mason) #TeamBarton

CHS English Teacher, Amanda Caruth (Hannah Hamel, Taylor Houtman) #TeamCaruth

OUES Librarian/former CMS Theater Arts Teacher, Chad McCoy (Gareth Forsberg, Tyler Jones) #TeamMcCoy

CSHS English Teacher, Lisa Salyer (Brennan Confer, Colton Walker) #TeamSalyer

They’re at the top of their game in the office, the boardroom, the ministry, and the classroom but can they handle the spotlight on stage? Get your tickets to find out!
