Dragon Football Prepares for Spring Game

The annual spring game takes place Thursday, May 26, at Dragon Stadium, and the 2016-17 squad has begun preparations. As of Monday, according to MySouthlakeNews.com, Carroll High School football started practice. The team will continue practicing for the next four weeks, concluding with the Spring Game.

The Dragons finished 9-3 last year, dropping out of the playoffs with a loss to Denton Guyer. The opening game this year is on Aug. 26 against Tulsa Union.

The spring practices will be held from 4 to 6 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. Scrimmages will be held on Fridays, May 6, 13 and 20 at Dragon Stadium from 5 and 6 p.m.
