Two mainstays in the Southlake community are celebrating a decade of service. One offers Tuscan-inspired Italian cuisine, the other provides programs for underserved children. The groups are Brio Tuscan Grille and Kids Matter International. They’ve been working together since the beginning.
Robert Talamantez, general manager of Brio, has been an active supporter of all of Kids Matter’s programs, and his employees volunteer at the annual “Around the Block” event each year. Joe King, president and CEO at Kids Matter reminisced about how the local nonprofit has evolved since 2006. “We’re thrilled to be celebrating with the community that has helped us to make so much happen in the lives of children in need,” he said via press release.
Kids Matter International and Brio Tuscan Grille will be hosting their joint anniversary party on Tuesday, June 14 at Brio in Southlake Town Square. There will be a special cocktail and appetizer menu, raffle prizes and music. All are welcome to join these organizations in commemorating this special occasion.
