It’s summertime in Southlake; you know what that means. It’s time to dig out your worn-out running shoes and move your clothes bins from the basement or garage back into the bedroom because swimsuit season is now in session. Have no fear; CycleBar has you covered. A modern approach to exercising, CycleBar offers a high-vitality workout in a show-like environment.

Enjoy training in a 3,200-square-foot studio offering spa-like accommodations, attendant service, luxury products available for purchase, pay-per-class and membership opportunities. With so many extra amenities, you may actually look forward to exercising for once!

“CycleBar offers a unique boutique fitness experience unlike any other,” said Marcus Capone, a former U.S. Navy SEAL, in a press release. “Riders not only join in to get fit and burn calories, but also to relax, have fun, and be a part of a community of like- minded people. It becomes a part of their lifestyle. CycleBar Southlake will provide an all-encompassing and community-centric program for those looking to ‘rock the ride.’”

CycleBar opened its first facility’s doors in 2004 with a mission to offer people in need of a refreshing workout routine an unforgettable multisensory experience. While training, participants are encouraged by invigorating music and visuals that will be sure to make each workout enjoyable and most importantly, effective.

Cycle classes instructed by CycleStarTM leaders bring individuals on a 50-minute, high-intensity adventure. The patented CycleTheatre provides participants with LED monitors for media, as well as a DJ booth. To keep track of progress, riders can view their performance data via CycleStatsTM, while also downloading audio played during the particular workout session.

Don’t have reliable exercising shoes? No worries. CycleBar provides free cycling shoes as well as complimentary ice water and snacks.

CycleBar will be located at 1241 E. State Highway 114 in the new Carroll Pointe shopping center and is expected to open in early August.
