Southlake will soon have a new way to focus on health and fitness: Utopia Food & Fitness,  a leading provider of healthy weight-loss and fitness solutions, is opening its third location this August on Southlake Boulevard near Kimball Avenue. The additional storefront and exercise studio will offer the same food pick-up and workout options as the current Utopia Food & Fitness locations in Dallas and Plano.

Utopia Food & Fitness offers access to two of the most critical components of health and fitness: a balanced diet and effective exercise. The company’s incredibly efficient, six-week program works for adults who are short on time, from working parents to in-demand professionals.

“Happy clients are one of our best marketing tools, because they see the results of the program and can’t wait to tell everyone they know,” said President, Chief Fitness Officer and Founder Kirk Wilder, via press release. “When you look good and feel good, people around you take notice. Our ability to expand is a testament to the power of the Utopia Food & Fitness program and the steady increase in the number of people who have heard about and are now seeking our unique solution.”

Through careful research and collaboration with industry experts, including UT Southwestern Medical Center, Kirk developed a science-backed plan that allows clients to achieve their weight-loss and muscle-mass goals in just two, 20-minute, action-packed circuit workouts a week. In just six weeks, devotees can see dramatic results when they combine carefully crafted workouts with Utopia’s chef-crafted cuisine.

New clients undergo a complete evaluation by a Utopia certified trainer to determine their precise caloric needs each day and the best workout for their body. Initial workout sessions are guided by a Utopia Food & Fitness professional, but clients eventually learn to complete their twice-a-week, 20-minute workouts independently at the company’s facility as they progress, while always being observed for proper form by trainers.

“Circuit training is magical for weight loss and rebuilding your metabolism so that you actually shed fat pounds at rest,” says Kirk. “Utopia clients achieve greater results in just six weeks than they ever could logging countless miles a day on a treadmill for six months.”
