If you aren’t already aware of the highly popular clothing brand Lauren James, prepare to fall in love. The classically chic clothing line plans to open in Southlake Town Square later this month. The store will also open in Plano at The Shops of Legacy. These will be the first Texas store-fronts for the growing brand, which currently operates one dedicated retail location in Arkansas.
Lauren James, whose preppy, feminine brand is rooted in classic looks, is also driven by modern styling. Founded in 2013 by a registered nurse turned fashion designer, Lauren Stokes, the brand strives to capture a look that’s unique, yet timeless, through clothing that’s wearable for any occasion.
Lauren James enjoys a dedicated following as a result of its online store and presence in select retailers, and is now completing the brand experience by opening brick and mortar locations that translate the Lauren James vision into an oasis of style. Devotees of Lauren James will find all their favorite items and more in these stores to touch and feel.
Lance Stokes, COO of Lauren James, details the brand’s excitement over joining these two shopping destinations in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. “We chose The Shops at Legacy as our first destination because of the wonderful community and atmosphere the center serves and represents,” he said via press release. “We then identified Southlake Town Square, and their community, as a perfect fit for our second location. We’re thrilled and honored to be a part of these exciting mixed–use and lifestyle centers.”
“Lauren James was looking for more than a great store-front,” said Jason Kasal, vice president, senior leasing director - western division, in the release. “The brand really needed the right place to easily connect with their fans and followers. These two centers both feature the right mix of shopping, dining, living and working lifestyle that appealed to the brand. Southlake and Legacy are the perfect entry points for Texas and we can’t wait until their respective openings.”
Not only does Lauren James stay true to its core values and vision, but it also provides women a new way to express their individuality, making it a worthwhile addition to any town and shopping center.
