Get ready for a treat for the senses: TRIO New American Cuisine is kicking off its grand reopening this weekend, unveiling new food items such as pork belly empanadas, duck fat biscuits and more.
Come enjoy a meal in the renovated, modern-rustic dining room with French country touches. Unique design elements abound, including driftwood walls and artwork from award-winning pastry chef and contemporary artist, Rick Griggs. Dinner service will also be extended to include Tuesday and Wednesday evenings.
TRIO New American Cuisine is traditionally BYOB, allowing guests to pair their favorite wine with the seasonally rotating menu. While this option remains, the restaurant will feature a new dedicated beer and wine menu, carefully selected by loyal patrons and restaurant staff. Wine offerings will be displayed in a stunning case with hammered copper elements below, which will hold more than 200 carefully selected varietals from around the world. Happy hour will be offered from 5 to 6:30 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday, and guests can take advantage of half-priced corkage on Tuesday evenings.
