Cambria Southlake Appoints GM, Director of Sales and Marketing

Cambria Hotel & Suites Southlake DFW North has named Sam Cannon as the general manager and Lisa Turley as the director of sales and marketing. The 175-room hotel is anchoring Kimball Park, a mixed-use development under construction at the northwest corner of State Highway 114 and Kimball Avenue in Southlake. Cambria is set to open October 15.

As general manager of the full-service hotel, Cannon will manage day-to-day operations, hire staff and lead local community relations activities. Turley will oversee sales and marketing efforts for both leisure guests and group events.

Still under construction, the Cambria in Southlake continues to make progress towards an October grand opening. “Where everybody is somebody,” Cambria is an upscale brand within Choice Hotels, offering modern, stylish rooms for leisure and business travelers. Managed by Fillmore Hospitality and customized for the Southlake location, the four-story hotel will include an on-site restaurant and bar, fitness center and complimentary high-speed WiFi throughout the property.
