Cagan Randall, localbrowner of the Brain Balance Achievement Center in Southlake, received thebrCommunity Engagement Award at the 2016 Brain Balance Achievement Centers NationalbrConvention, held recently at the Four Seasons Resort in WestbrPalm Beach, Florida.
Randall was honoredbrfor his commitment to helping students succeed. As part of a network of localbrBrain Balance Achievement Centers across the country, the Southlake centerbrworks with children who struggle with academic, behavioral or social issues.
Open since 2011, thebrcenter is located at 100 West Southlake Boulevard. The Community EngagementbrAward recognizes a center whose work with the community expands thebrBrain Balance mission. Each year, centers from across the country arebrconsidered for the prestigious honor.
“My goal in opening abrBrain Balance center in Southlake was to help change the lives of kids andbrfamilies that were not getting the help they desperately needed,” Randallbrsaid in a press release. “Hearing the stories of children whose lives have beenbrchanged by the program serves to reinforce that mission. I am proud to havebrbeen recognized by my colleagues and corporate partner with this award.”
The national conventionbrbrought together more than 250 representatives from 75 centers across thebrcountry to celebrate top-achieving sites and their staff.
