Adam Gellert, Southlake resident and author of the book, “Activation: A Story of God’s Transforming Power,” received the Henri Award (Non-Fiction category) at the 2016 Christian Literary Awards in Hurst. Written from Gellert’s life and faith, the book hands readers the bold opportunity to embark on the greatest adventure they’ll ever experience—the adventure of a new life at the hands of God.

Gellert is himself a recipient of an “activation” from God, and is now passionate about sharing his story and its opportunity with millions of people around the world.

“I am ecstatic that my personal story of how God activated my life, and the lessons that apply to all of us, was selected to receive the prestigious Henri Award,” said Gellert in a press release. “It’s rewarding to know that the judges found this book to be of the quality deserving of such an award, in addition to having a message that resonates with readers.”
