If you’re looking to add some heat to your evening, settle in with the Pepper Smash at Malai Kitchen. With rich, complex flavors from chili-infused gin and fresh-cracked black pepper, this is a cocktail that will awaken your palate. Enjoy one at the bar or try your hand at home with the restaurant’s recipe below. 

PEPPER SMASH | MALAI KITCHEN 

INGREDIENTS: VOLUME: 

Fords Gin, infused 1.75 oz 

St. Germaine .5 oz Lemon juice .75 oz Simple syrup .25 oz 

Red bell pepper 3 slices 

Fresno pepper 2 slices Thai chili 1 slice

INSTRUCTIONS: 

Combine ingredients in a shaker and pour over ice. Garnish with fresh-cracked black pepper. 

NICE TOUCH: 

Layer a fresh lemon round on top as a finishing touch.
