Whether you crave a seared flat-iron steak or a Tex-Mex Angus burger, Social Circle at the new Cambria hotel & suites Southlake DFW North will satisfy your craving. The bistro and bar, a hallmark in all 29 locations across the United States, serves a well-curated menu of American classics and local specialties, dubbed comfort food with a twist.
Open daily for breakfast and dinner to hotel guests and the public, the menu features small plates, salads, entrees, burgers and sandwiches, and an assortment of side dishes. In addition, the menu has been customized with Texas-style specialties, including chicken fried steak, slow cooked beef short rib, catfish and chips, the Tex-Mex Angus burger, and Texas Benedict featuring a jalapeno cheese sauce.
“Social Circle is one more example of how this hotel has been tweaked for the Dallas-Fort Worth market,” said Lindsey Snell, director of sales and marketing, via press release. “This is not your typical hotel restaurant with boring, expected food, and we want to offer our guests a taste of Texas while they’re here. And, we know the locals will love our chicken fried steak!”
Located in the hotel lobby, Social Circle features an open dining room with white subway tile and bright artwork. Multiple seating areas accommodate groups and solo travelers—including a family-style dining table that seats up to 14, plus a combination of two- and four-top tables, highboy tables, banquettes, and booths with individual flat screen televisions. Plugs and USB ports are available throughout the space to allow guests to meet and work.
Adjacent to Social Circle is the horseshoe-shaped Lobby Bar, which offers signature cocktails, wines by the glass or bottle, and an extensive selection of Texas craft beers. Also located in the lobby is the Get-cetra Market that offers groceries and snacks, sundries, and those forgotten convenience items.
Social Circle serves breakfast from 6 to 10 a.m. and dinner from 5 to 11 p.m. Visit CambriaSouthlakeDFW.com for more.
