Spring in a Glass

It’s crisp. It’s sweet. It’s fragrant. The Blueberry Cucumber Gimlet at Del Frisco’s Grille is everything we love about spring, served up on the rocks. It’s perfect to sip on the restaurant’s sun-drenched patio—or to shake up at home. You can even let your kids in on the fun; the recipe is easy to modify for a mocktail. Just sub sparkling water for the gin and replace the lime juice with lemon juice. Either way you serve it, this beverage makes the most of springtime flavors. 

INSTRUCTIONS: 

Combine all ingredients into a mixing glass. Fill the mixing glass with ice. Shake approximately 10 to 15 times until frothy. Strain into a glass filled with ice. Garnish with a cucumber wheel. 

NICE TOUCH: 

Add a sprig of mint for aromatic coolness. 

BLUEBERRY CUCUMBER GIMLET 

INGREDIENTS/VOLUME: 

Hendricks gin 2 oz. 

Fresh lime juice .5 oz. 

Blueberry puree .75 oz. 

Diced cucumber 1 Tbsp.
