Community Storehouse Relocates, Calls for Volunteers

Apr 05, 2017 07:00AM ● Published by Audrey Sellers

Big things are underway at Community Storehouse, an organization that provides critical educational and nutritional support to thousands of low-income children. After calling its Keller Hicks location home for more than 20 years, the organization is relocating to a new facility just around the corner at 805 Katy Road in Keller. The move means the organization will be able to house its offices, donation center, resale outlet and food pantry in one place.

Community Storehouse calls on citizens to be part of the transition that will give it the stabilization it needs. Nothing is put on pause over the summer—children will still be educated and fed, and volunteers will still be needed. It will just take more donations and more volunteers this summer.
