6U Southlake Dragon All-Stars Finish Fourth in World Series

Jul 25, 2017 07:59AM ● Published by Audrey Sellers

This summer, the 6U Dragon All-Stars experienced a little bit of baseball magic. With an overall record of 22-4, the team finished fourth in the DFW USSSA World Series and third overall in the base-running skills competition. Each player got to walk onto the field before the Texas Rangers vs. Los Angeles Angels game for the opening ceremony.

Highlights from the season include first place at the Colleyville and North Richland Hills tournaments, and second place at the Coppell tournament. Additionally, the team played up a division and made it into the semi-finals in the Highland Village/Flower Mound 7U tournament.
