With so many versions of the classic wine punch, it can be hard to pick a favorite. But there’s something about the light, refreshing Sangria Rosa at Brio Tuscan Grille that keeps us coming back. Bursting with berry flavors and a kiss of effervescence, this brilliantly hued recipe is perfect for brunch sipping. Do your lips taste like sangria? You’ll want them to after you sip this sweet, fruity classic.
SANGRIA ROSA BRIO TUSCAN GRILLE
Sangria base 4 oz.
Sparkling red 1 oz.
Soda 1 oz.
Pineapple cubes 24
Lime juice 10 oz.
Simple syrup 10 oz.
Raspberry vodka 32 oz.
Pulse, blend and strain ingredients for sangria base. Pour into wine glasses and top off with remaining ingredients.
Garnish with fresh pineapple and strawberries.
