Mark Miller- Sr Vice President, Controller

Mark Miller Mark Miller is one of the few Texas natives on the Sabre Senior Management Team and it may not get more local than him.  As a graduate of GrapevineHigh School he remembers the lay of the land well before Sabre, Town Square and…stop lights!

After receiving his Accounting degree Mark started work as an auditor for Ernst & Young in Fort Worth.  His passion for travel was dormant until he took a spot with Hertz rental cars soon thereafter he left the company to purse an MBA from Rice University.  Mark was recruited by Sabre after receiving his degree from Rice and he has been a loyal employee ever since.

Today Mark is responsible for all Sabre’s global Accounting, tax financial planning and analysis activities.  With approximately 400 employees based in places like Southlake, London, Paris, Singapore, Uruguay, and Argentina, Mark knows travel from the inside out.

Mark also likes to travel in his free time.  The Millers try to take four to five family trips per year with their all time favorite being the Czech Republic.  Currently he and his family are attempting to visit all seven New Wonders of the world before the end of 2008.  This goal has brought his family even closer together as they share some really interesting trips together.  While at home Mark enjoys a few rounds of golf and the typical Friday night under the lights of Dragon Stadium.
