SL Jazzercise has been the best thing going for me... I feel like I can hoot hollor and dance with some attitude while willling away the pounds and inches. The instructors keep me doing it right and are way too much fun!! Plus so supportive and classes fit my schedule every day.
I have looked for ways to work out continously without getting "burned out". I've always been a runner or have had a gym membership but I get bored easily and will stop for weeks at a time or even months. The very first time I saw Jazzercise was at a festival type event where they performed. My immediate reaction was "I'm joining that!". I've almost have had my membership for 1 year now and love it! Dancing to all sorts of music is my cupo of tea! I never get that "burned out" feeling with Jazzercise. And, it has made me quite a skillful dancer when I go out. People comment on my dancing techniques and I have to thank Jazzercise for that! I LOVE ITTTTT!!!!
Without the prompting of a friend I would've NEVER stepped foot in a Jazzercise class and that would've been my loss as it is simply the best workout! I am an avid runner and I've always loved exercise, but Jazzercise is actually more than just a workout. There is just something about moving to choreography with a group that is good for the soul (non-dancers don't worry it is easy to pick up)! The music is current and the community is great!! Super fun and puts me in a good mood every time.
