LiveWell Lecture: Running Injuries and How to Prevent Them

Running is a popular exercise and a wonderful way to stay in shape. However, it can be very hard on your joints and cause other major injuries. Are you running smart? Dr. Chapman with Texas Sports and Spine will discuss how to prevent running injuries and what to do should you get them.
