About the Owners
Both born and raised in New York, Mike and Nicole Tesoriero met in college where they each were pursuing degrees at the Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, New York.
Mike, who holds a bachelor’s of science degree in biotechnology in addition to an MBA in marketing, is a self-professed entrepreneur with more than 17 years of sales, marketing and business consulting experience primarily within the pharmaceutical industry.
Nicole, who holds a bachelor’s of science degree in business marketing, is best known for her care-free smile and friendly demeanor which accounts for her successful 17-year career in advertising sales, marketing and management.
In 2004, Mike and Nicole moved to Texas to pursue their careers and the high quality of life characteristic of the DFW area—specifically Southlake. Soon after the move, Nicole left her career as a top-flight print and online advertising sales executive in order to manage Southlake Style’s rapid growth—a magazine the husband and wife duo founded in 2005 which would garner much attention and positive feedback in the community within its inaugural year.
Mike and Nicole currently reside in Southlake’s Timarron with their two daughters, Mia and Gabriella, and the family’s loyal retriever, Sparky. Mike enjoys playing basketball, coaching his daughter’s sports teams, dabbling in photography and riding his motorcycle, while Nicole enjoys exercising, yoga, reading, cooking and baking with their daughters. Their entire family has a love for music and traveling, and can often be found traveling in their RV!
Partners in business and life, through the pages of Southlake Style, Mike and Nicole Tesoriero have committed themselves to the community in which they live and work.
