At my core, I have always believed that business should feel personal. Title may appear transactional, but to me, it is deeply human. Every closing represents someone’s leap of faith — a family planting roots, an entrepreneur chasing a dream or a fresh start after a difficult season. My passion for community flows directly from that understanding. Serving on the board of Stepping Stones Foundation and supporting many local charities has strengthened my belief that we are called to protect more than property — we are called to protect people. Giving back isn’t something I do for visibility; it’s something I do because I have personally experienced how powerful it is when a community shows up for you. The same integrity and care we bring to the closing table is the same heart I bring into every philanthropic effort. When we lead with compassion, business becomes something greater: it becomes community.
