Bringing 26 years of leadership experience, Paradine has held senior roles across the country, including Director of Operations at The Westin Desert Willow Villas in Palm Desert, General Manager positions at Fairfax Marriott and Hotel Indigo Denver Downtown and extensive operational and sales experience with Marriott and Hyatt brands nationwide.
