Chef de Cuisine Lester Flores
Born in July 1993 in Tegucigalpa, Honduras, Chef de Cuisine Lester Flores moved to the United States at 18 with his mother in pursuit of a better future. Settling in Lawndale, California, he initially enrolled in medical school with dreams of becoming a pediatrician. But when his single mother needed help supporting the family, he took a job at age 19 as a sushi cook with the Hillstone Restaurant Group—despite having no prior kitchen experience. There, he discovered a passion for food that reshaped his future.
Rising quickly through the ranks, he became one of the company’s youngest culinary managers, known for supporting multiple restaurants and crafting original dishes. At 26, he moved to Texas with his wife and two children, playing a key role in opening three restaurants with Western Addition before joining Far Out Hospitality. Today, he continues to thrive at Pacific Table in Southlake, where his love for food and hospitality remains his driving force.
