Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Institute graduate and former Top Chef competitor, Erin Miller keeps quite busy as the chef, owner and operator of Roanoke’s very own The Wharf Steak and Seafood. She does a meticulous job, as you will see reflected in the high-quality, delicious fare served at The Wharf. Everything on the menu is made from the freshest ingredients and handmade from scratch. All of the fish found on the menu are brought in the same day, quite literally straight from the sea. Furthermore, The Wharf owns all of the cattle the Certified Angus Beef steaks come from. Ensuring that diners are receiving the highest quality meal is a top priority for Miller and reflected by the number of awards The Wharf has received.
