What should someone expect when they walk into your office for the first time?
Patients can expect a detailed breast evaluation, including a review of symptoms, imaging, pathology when available, risk factors, anatomy, and personal priorities. With dual fellowship training in breast surgical oncology and oncoplastic breast surgery, I help patients understand their options including lumpectomy, partial mastectomy, oncoplastic partial mastectomy, mastectomy with or without reconstruction, and lymph node surgery when needed. My goal is to create a treatment plan that is safe while also considering cosmesis and long-term quality of life.
What’s one misconception about your field that you’d love to correct?
One misconception is that breast surgery is a one-size-fits-all decision. In reality, care needs to be tailored through shared decision-making. I want patients to understand their options, feel comfortable asking questions, and participate in a plan that is safe, evidence-based, and right for them.
What do you love most about working in Southlake?

In breast care, collaboration matters, and I appreciate working with local physicians, hospitals, imaging centers, and specialists to coordinate care close to home.
