A Southlake resident and proud Dragon mom, Jocelyn has spent 22 years helping families and business owners protect what they’ve worked hard to build. After completing her JD/MBA in 2003, she began a career in risk management and insurance, working alongside those she serves and their professional team to identify risks and develop insurance strategies that evolve with their growing assets and businesses.
In today’s litigious world, Jocelyn emphasizes the importance of liability protection, including appropriate personal and commercial umbrella coverage. Leading a team of eight licensed professionals, she is committed to personalized customer service – a dedication reflected in more than 700 five-star Google reviews.
Beyond her business, Jocelyn is deeply invested in her community through scholarships, college internships, support for Dragon Care and GRACE Grapevine, her role as title sponsor of Carroll’s nationally qualified bass fishing program, and other philanthropic initiatives.
