Cynthia’s editorial journey kicked off in Southlake—and after over two decades of writing, editing, and leading creative projects around the world, she recently returned to her Texas roots. A Carroll graduate and now proud Dragon mom, Cynthia brings both hometown heart and big-city polish to her role as Editor of Southlake Style. She got her start in New York City at Cosmopolitan and Seventeen, later expanding her storytelling talents into brand strategy and content direction for multinational clients across lifestyle, luxury and tech.
She holds an MA in Design Project Management from Central Saint Martins in London and a BS in Public Relations from UT Austin. She also has a knack for languages (fun fact: she speaks five). Her current beat includes everything from feature planning to pun-slinging, all while cheering on her daughter at Walnut Grove and her son at Carroll High School.
