Everything’s bigger in Texas — and that includes the concession lineup for the Texas Rangers. From over-the-top shareables to creative twists on ballpark staples and, yes, three different types of eatable helmets, this season’s new eats bring plenty of flavor (and a little spectacle) to your game day experience.
Here’s a look at what’s new, what’s worth ordering, and where to find it inside Globe Life Field.
The 9th Inning Rally Sombrero
If you’re going big, go really big. This oversized, hat-shaped fried tortilla is loaded with layers of refried beans, cheese, guacamole, pico de gallo and more. It’s built for sharing — or for making a serious statement in your section.

Chicken Tender Helmet
A fan-favorite concept taken to the next level: 12 crispy chicken tenders paired with a hefty serving of fries, all served in a full-size helmet. It’s a meal that doesn’t mess around.

Churro Helmet Sundae
On the sweeter side, this dessert combines warm churros with ice cream in a souvenir helmet. Classic, indulgent and easy to split — though you may not want to.
Where to Find: Scoops (Sections 6, 102, 125 and 235)
Biscuits & Gravy Hot Dog
A true Texas mashup. This beef hot dog swaps the traditional bun for a buttermilk biscuit and gets topped with country gravy. Breakfast meets baseball in the most unexpected way.

Ribeye Sandwich
A ballpark upgrade. Juicy ribeye steak topped with chimichurri and served on a roll with fries makes this a hearty, sit-down-quality option between innings.

Tenderloin Sandwich
One of the more premium items on the menu, this sandwich features tenderloin, gouda, dijonnaise and arugula on brioche. It’s a splurge — but one designed for serious steak fans.

Texas Tamale Torta
A bold fusion item featuring pork tamales tucked inside a bolillo roll with beans, salsa verde and crema. It’s messy in the best way.
