For nearly 40 years, Allie Beth Allman & Associates has been a leader in luxury real estate. Now, the agency has moved into a headquarters to handle its commensurate growth.
Since 1985, Allie Beth Allman & Associates has remained the top luxury brokerage in Dallas, becoming the first residential firm to achieve over $1 billion in annual sales. Last year, 330 agents closed $3.8 billion in sales — the highest in the company’s history.
“We are all about collaboration and making each other better,” CEO and president Keith Condon says via media release. “One of the most important parts of our culture is family and the shared values of marketing knowledge, trust and relationships. That all starts with us talking and being a true team of luxury agents.”
The agency’s new home will be on the fifth floor of the Offices at Turtle Creek Village. Strategically located between Highland Park, Uptown and Downtown Dallas, Allie Beth Allman & Associates designed 10,000 square feet of space for its agents to spread out and collaborate.
“We have created an office that allows all of us to work, learn and grow, but which also provides individual spaces to help agents grow their business,” Keith says via media release.
Allie Beth Allman & Associates is now located at 3838 Oak Lawn Ave. To learn more about the new headquarters, visit AllieBeth.com.
