
Two medical center construction updates have been announced for Southlake, per the Texas Department of Licensing and Registration.
A new 10,000 square foot, one-story medical office belonging to the Texas Regional Asthma & Allergy Center will be built on Olivia Court, just east of White Chapel Road. Construction is expected to begin at the end of August and will last through June 2026, according to the documents.
Construction of the new building and subsequent interior build-out is expected to cost approximately $3.2 million.
Also, Cook Children's Southlake UCC, located on Southlake Blvd. near Cristina's Fine Mexican Restaurant, will undergo renovations totaling upwards of $2.5 million, according to documents. Construction is expected to last through September.
Modus Architecture, out of Dallas, is the design firm.
