Another storefront at Southlake Town Square is preparing to close.
Francesca’s has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection and launched going-out-of-business sales at all locations — including its Southlake boutique. Shoppers will now see 25–40% off storewide as part of a court-approved liquidation process.
The women’s specialty retailer, founded in Houston in 1999, operates 457 stores across 45 states. Known for its boutique-style mix of dresses, denim, jewelry and gifts, Francesca’s previously filed for bankruptcy in 2020 before being acquired by TerraMar Capital and Tiger Group.
This latest filing in U.S. Bankruptcy Court will wind down operations as store-closing sales move forward, according to store officials. For Southlake shoppers, it means another familiar Town Square retailer will soon shut its doors.
