Central Market is celebrating everything hatch chile during the 26th annual Hatch Chile Fest this month.
During August 4-24, more than 250,000 pounds of hatch chile peppers will make their way to Central Market locations across the state, including Southlake's Central Market at 1425 E. Southlake Blvd., according to a press release. Throughout the festival, Central Market will spotlight the hatch chile pepper through several in-store products, including hatch pepper tortillas, hatch-marinated meats, hatch queso chicken mac and cheese and hatch crab cakes.
